Many traders go to trade these new coins on MEXC, which is considered one of the weaker CEXes. People do not go to Backpack because there is no listing countdown timer, which is extremely important, and because new coins are usually listed later than on other exchanges.

@armaniferrante Those who trade via API also put their own money at risk.
I believe BP currently needs all types of volume, and API tarders provide significant numbers.
My suggestion is to count API trading volume with a certain coefficient—for example, crediting 0.5× of their total volume.
