@sieverst @DKlassenmutti @lueckenbildung Sport Reli wird auch weniger gebraucht, aber trotzdem sind die Zulagen für Korrekturfächer im neuen Dienstrecht viel zu gering.
Auch das KV Tätigkeit und Matura nicht mehr extra vergütet werden ist eine Frechheit.

@Ghostcrawler I love being in a guild. I hate when they are too restrictive and when they are basically required to do top end content.
For example, as much as I enjoyed WOW, I could never commit to a raiding schedule of a guild. Pugging Mythic is impossible, pugging Heroic mediocre at best 1

@Ghostcrawler I loved M+ (5 man content), but M+ guilds were never really a thing. Idk how familiar you are with Runescape, but the way they do clans is amazing. You have a main clan. You can do content solo or with friends/clan. You can guest in another clan‘s chat. You also have your 2/3

@NEACETWEETS I am 27 now. For the longest time I secretly told myself that maybe maybe on this climb I could get really up and monetize x game. Overall, I knew I wasn‘t talented enough to ever go pro but my mind didn‘t wanna let go of the possibility. That was definitely toxic. Thankfully 2/3

@dju__lee Die Realität ist leider immer noch, dass ich als Einzelperson 20-30 Sch möglichst objektiv und personalisiert bewerten soll, obwohl alle unterschiedlich. Wenn man dabei den Anspruch stellt „niemand bekommt schlechte Noten“ erkennen Sch das und bringen weniger Leistung.
