Yep. It’s totally reasonable that I’m shivering in my house, that my hvac system has been OFF since SEPTEMBER, and my @MyBGE bill is still $275 for my 800 sq foot home.

A week and two days after checking out, I’m still coughing from the mold that was in my room at the @bestwestern Miami Beach. Beware if you your children have asthma or other lung conditions and avoid this toilet or a hotel.

As my boyfriend sits on the phone trying to figure out why our @MyBGE bill is $350 for the 2nd month, I wonder why the app won’t show us our usage. Why she won’t send someone to look at our meter. Why she won’t escalate the call. My next step is to our state attorney general.

@bhphoto @FedEx We already called customer service, we were told you can’t fix the address. We have to wait for the order to be “undeliverable” for several more days and then returned to you for a refund.
