@Elex_Michaelson @the_jefferymead The Democrats ironically should embrace Ron Desantis'es Florida model does exactly what you are saying. 1) Mail in ballots must arrive by 7 pm election day 2) Two weeks of early voting 3) Only mail ballots to those who request them. The democrats in florida dont oppose it.

The Florida model implemented by Republicans includes mail in ballots must be received 7 pm election day. Two weeks of early voting and only sending ballots to those who request it. Its a great model and it was done by GOP.

@MoringKenneth I would be okay with it as long as SOH is phased out. The people with houses below 500k would get lower property tax bills anyway while long time millionaires would see their assessments go up to where they should be.
