In this case, taking the map down but letting him publish 5 minutes later won't help the ecosystem. He clearly breaks the rules completely on purpose. It's also not a one-time thing that his map got approved by accident. His map has been live like this for weeks with multiple updates. (The Screenshots below are from the 21st of September, more than 2 weeks ago) When breaking the rules accidentally, I totally understand not to ban the creators because mistakes can always happen. However, there should be stricter actions against creators like this who only do scam maps and don't have any interest in building something good for the ecosystem. I believe every creator and even the players themselves would agree with me. Good Map Creators need to compete against those scam maps and if there are no real actions taken against those it's forcing other map creators to jump on the bandwagon to hold up. The players obviously also hate it when they spend hours on a map and then get scammed. Saying that you take action against the island and making changes is one thing but all of us creators would like to see real improvement to the moderation, especially for obviously scams like it is in this example. I know it's not easy to moderate all the new map releases and then on top of that the updates. However, if just one person keeps looking through discovery for obvious scams it could help the whole ecosystem. Thanks :)
