Well, would you look at that. Seven of the top ten presidents ranked by handling of the economy are Democrats, with @BillClinton and @JoeBiden taking the #2 and #3 spots.

Funny how the party constantly smeared as “bad on the economy” keeps producing the presidents who clean up the mess, create jobs, lower deficits, and leave the country stronger than they found it.

Facts are stubborn things.

Managed the difficult shift from a wartime economy to a peacetime economy, avoided a postwar depression, and helped build the foundation for the modern American middle class.

6. Lyndon B. Johnson
Delivered strong growth and low unemployment while expanding Medicare, Medicaid, education funding, and anti-poverty programs. Vietnam-era inflation keeps him from ranking higher.

Inherited the Great Recession, stabilized the financial system, saved the auto industry, restored job growth, and left office with a much stronger economy than the one he inherited.

8. Ronald Reagan
Helped end the stagflation era and oversaw a strong expansion after the early 1980s recession. His record is weakened by rising deficits and growing inequality.

9. John F. Kennedy
Promoted a pro-growth agenda, restored confidence after a mild recession, and laid the groundwork for the 1960s expansion, though his presidency was cut short.

10. Theodore Roosevelt
Modernized the government’s role in the economy through trust-busting, consumer protection, and regulation, proving that capitalism works best when powerful interests are held accountable.

Reality: At a crucial moment for Democrats heading into the midterms, state parties in blue states and red states alike are not running from @JoeBiden.

They are embracing him.

He is selling out fundraisers, raising real money, and helping Democrats organize for the fight ahead.

The press has never understood Biden because he was never part of their elite class. He wasn’t built for their cocktail-party approval. He was built for working people, and real Democrats know it.

For everyone questioning Hunter Biden’s qualifications, maybe try doing five minutes of research first.

Unlike the Trump boys, Hunter actually built a résumé outside of his father’s name. Georgetown. Yale Law. Senior roles in banking, commerce policy, Amtrak, the World Food Program, national security organizations, Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service, and a major law firm.

You don’t have to like him. You don’t have to defend every choice he’s made. But pretending he was some unqualified nobody while ignoring the Trump family’s decades of grifting off Daddy’s corrupt business empire is laughable.

The double standard is the whole point.
