I’m honored to have the support of Councilwoman Suzanne Harrison. My record in Congress was “less talk, more action” to deliver real results for Utah families. I was proud to work with anyone who was willing to find solutions with me—and that’s the work ethic I’ll bring back to Congress.
Today, we celebrated Abravanel Hall being placed on the National Register of Historic Places. We’re delighted to honor nearly 50 years of this iconic cultural anchor—an enduring part of our historic downtown and a vibrant reflection of our community’s deepening love for the arts.
We’re proud to be the steward of Abravanel Hall and we’re deeply grateful for our long-standing partnership with the Utah Symphony.
We look forward to many more decades of partnership and to creating even more unforgettable experiences for the musicians, performers, staff, volunteers, and guests of Abravanel Hall.
I’ve been advocating for funding to be restored for SNAP nutrition benefits for low income Utahns. Disappointed w ongoing dysfunction in Washington, but grateful for a court order to protect vulnerable families & seniors from going hungry. #StopHunger#SupportWorkingFamilies
@troyrushton64 I’m all for quality food requirements. Important to know the delivery option is for groceries only (not fast food/restaurant food) and it is intended for older seniors who are homebound or have mobility issues. https://t.co/t3IW5Gl44i

I condemn political violence in all its forms. My prayers are with Charlie Kirk’s family & and everyone affected by today’s horrific shooting.
It is our shared duty to engage our differences with respect and civility—not with violence.
