@mcadehaven stockyard stick out in my driveway before shoveling it and it was about 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. and it said 13 or 14 in. Not specially scientific but there we go. What's the official tally for medford?
@DbacksStatsInfo He finished what, 9th year managing? He's under .500 for his career, he's only taken the team to the playoffs twice. Every team has injuries. He doesn't manage well in the early months of the season. He's inconsistent at best.
@JMartEnthusiast I love Coors Field, but every time I went there as a DBacks fan I got chirped at. And it's like..."are we rivals? Do you think we are rivals?"
@notgaetti When I was about 16 my mom worked for the college that Tim salmon played ball at. Came back one year for an alumni game, got a picture with him, really nice guy, great player, that picture was on my dresser for years. I wasn't even a kid by the and still was Starstruck
@MrAzSports Obviously injuries are real, but is there team that doesn't deal with injuries? He's had nine seasons only made the playoffs twice and makes questionable managerial decisions. The players like him, but it feels like they don't play hard for him.
@RobertMSterling My wife and I were talking about this, that everything used to be a loss leader for the gambling. The buffets, the shows, the rooms. Now they try to make money on everything and it squeezes people like us out
@RobertMSterling I remember the dive casinos. Small. $2 blackjack. Slots. Video poker. Maybe a few other table games, not nothing big. No keno. No sports book. Those were my places. They tore down paradise and put up a parking lot. Or a fancy luxury casino hotel
@GoldyHappens I don't know about the trades, but we didn't improve coming off the '23 WS season, and even worse this year. Call it. reshape, rebuild, whatever. New manager. Trade some of our big money guys that are preventing others from coming up
