@turo A little feedback for your listings. If the car is located at a lot that is far offsite from the airport it should not be allowed to be called an “airport pickup”. I’ve been using Turo a while and one of the best features I value is the ability to walk to my car from the terminal. If I wanted to take a 15 minute shuttle bus I could get a better rate at Hertz. On my last trip to Denver the host used “The Parking Spot” which was approx 15 mins from the terminal by shuttle. I didn’t learn about this until I arrived. Traveling with several young kids this was a huge hassle. Not to mention a $80 Lyft ride when the driver initially took us to the wrong parking lot. If this happens again I will not be booking Turo. On a $2k trip this is very disappointing.
Every agent your team ships has its own hardcoded guardrails, its own bespoke logic, its own failure modes. That's not governance. These brittle controls soon become a liability.
Galileo is proud to announce the open-source launch of Agent Control 🚀
Agent Control is the open-source control plane that solves for the open, centralized governance needs for all your AI Agents.
💬 "We've had a front-row seat to agent development at Fortune 500 and digital-native companies. They have been struggling to hard-code safety rules and controls into each agent which makes them brittle. With Agent Control, developers can now create policies in one place and then use those to enforce guardrails everywhere." — @YashSheth46, Co-founder & CTO, Galileo
Agent Control integrates seamlessly with all your agents using the @ control hook or just by leveraging our native integrations with some of the leading agent frameworks.
No redeployment. No code changes. No vendor lock-in.
💬 “Centralized management of policies can help organizations to manage AI agent behaviors. A unified control plane and centralized governance of agents can help organizations efficiently deploy AI agents at scale. Organizations that embrace eval engineering as a core competency will shorten the time to value for their AI investments. By taking a lifecycle approach, organizations can achieve a continuous improvement loop for AI systems.” – Tim Law, @IDC Research Director, AI and Automation
Agent Control is already backed by partners including @awscloud, @Cisco AI Defense, @crewAIInc, @glean, @ServiceNow, and @rubrikInc, and it works with the guardrail providers you already use, from our Luna models to NVIDIA NeMo or AWS Bedrock.
The repo is live, built in the open with contributions from some of the largest AI infrastructure companies in the world, try it out today: https://t.co/Abib0Txnon

Building with AI has never been easier, but deploying it reliably has never been harder. We wrote the book on closing that gap.
Introducing our new Eval Engineering book, 5 chapters on the emerging discipline of building trust in production AI systems.

I’m in the market for a new daily news source after @WSJ refused to offer a refund for an exorbitant monthly charge of $40/mo. Where is everyone getting their news these days? Seems like the days of the newspaper are over.
@Apple every single one of my 15 AirTags has disappeared from my iPhone 15 today. Running the latest version of the OS no recent updated. What the heck is up with that???
What the fax?! I guess faxing isn’t dead 🤷♂️ Use Dropbox Fax by @DropboxSign to send and receive faxes from anywhere. #DropboxFax https://t.co/r85VvCRmKc
They are proliferating new websites faster than we can find and report them. This is getting out of control and I am beginning to suspect @gnamedotcom is complicit. Please provide any advice on how to handle this when a domain name registrar is possibly complicit in a scam.
Hello @ICANN we have an aggravated, persistent threat that is being facilitated by operators at @gnamedotcom We have reached out several times seeking resolution but are being ignored or denied. Someone is using our brand to scam people out of money.
@Apple@Google - @googlechrome is completely unusable on this newest update. Both MacOS and Chrome update on the same day and now Chrome is the most unstable app in the world. Can't support restoring 20+ tabs at once. Always freezing. I've sent 20 crash reports to Apple. WTH??
@AmazonHelp Doesn’t work. None of your employees are trained to support this product. Your phone tree only plays recordings and the dumps the ball in @onemedical’s lap
PSA on the new @amazon@onemedical deal. Things I paid lots of money to learn so you don’t have to:
1) It does NOT cover children.
This is not listed anywhere on their public materials. You will only learn about it after you subscribe and then try to add a child.
@onemedical@amazon All in all review of the @amazon@onemedical deal:
Great if you are an adult. Really not great for families.
Apparently children under 14 can’t get a prime membership, so that’s why they are excluded. Shame on @amazon for not spelling that out clearly in the signup process…
@onemedical@amazon 5) No refunds.
Once you hit subscribe there are no backsies. If you get caught like I did learning about the rules by touching a live wire (again, because they are not clearly listed ANYWHERE even @amazon support docs say you can add child memberships) you pay for a full term.
I have to say that @expressvpn has some of the best support I have ever experienced. The reps are always knowledgeable and friendly. I don't know how, but they convey a feeling of happiness over chat and always resolve the issue without any fuss. 100% the right kind of company.
@Uber I seriously suggest you consider looking at your user experience. These paper cuts are gonna stack up. Especially a support experience that turns a long time promoter and heavy business traveler into a detractor in a matter of minutes. So frustrating.
@lyft@AskLyft you have made it impossible to leave feedback in your app so I’m going to leave it here. You have just lost the loyalty of a longtime business traveler over a stupid $3 cancellation fee.
If you match me with 3 drivers in a row who can’t navigate the airport, miss turns, and spend 5 minutes driving AWAY from me that is your problem. I am not gonna pay you $3 because you can’t get driver matching right. Instead you’re gonna lose hundreds of $ when I switch to @Uber
