@KirFlem My dad is 86. Brooklyn campus grad of St John’s and a season ticket holder with me and my brothers for 35 years. Enjoying every moment of this rebirth with him and with my brothers. Let’s go Johnnies.
HOF voting season is underway, and I'm deeply grateful for the incredible words shared by my peers in this video. Hearing their endorsements has left me speechless— I'm not good at asking for support, but I'm asking now. If you believe in my candidacy, please help me get this video seen. A simple repost makes all the difference. @Giants fans, let's unite! Your support is what can make this go viral.

@EdKullStJohnsAD soak it all in tonight. This is what it’s all about! Let’s play our game and cut down some nets before the night is through. Enjoy Ed.
@EdKullStJohnsAD@TheGarden High school. Went to a couple of standing room only games at Alumni Hall that year. Got our season tickets shortly after that. My dad (almost 85) will be there today in our seats in 116. Wave to him or take a pic when he gets on the dance cam! Enjoy senior day!
@MikeVacc So true. Have season tickets for 35 years with my brothers because my dad is an alum. My father told us early that St John’s was NYC’s college basketball team. At 85 he’s loving this run. Let’s go Johnnies!
The best CEO advice I received throughout my career:
• customer service is not a department
• sales is the hardest job in any company
• our job is to educate and inspire
• customer focus > competitor focus
• always try to add value and be helpful
• own it and never point fingers
• show up when it matters most to your customer
• earn a seat next to your customer, not across from her
• we are all in sales
• people do business with people they trust, respect and like
• if you are waiting for a title to lead, you are not ready to lead
• the language of business is finance
• there are no IT projects, only business projects
• pay your best people the very best you can
• hire people based on their good judgment and high rate of learning
• in a celebration lead from the back, in a crisis lead from the front
• you are not a team because you work together - you are a team because you trust, respect and care for each other
• to improve the customer experience, start with the employee experience
• you are not taller by making others look smaller
• revenue growth ahead of expenses
• remove bad apples quickly
• leave your desk and spend time with customers
• culture is what happens when the managers leave the room
• tactics drive strategy
• there is nothing more important than our customers
• if you are waiting for a better title to lead, you are not ready to lead
• business is personal - you can be decisive and also be kind, graceful and empathetic
