Colocarse "drogarse" con los compañeros de la tribu es una costumbre ancestral en el humano. Beber alcohol en una reunión, fumar "la pipa de la paz", esnifar coca, son actos de comunión con el grupo, con esa conducta estás diciendo "somos iguales, somos hermanos".

Por lo tanto, rechazar compartir el brebaje, a nivel inconsciente te convierte en diferente, en un extraño y esa conducta te convierte en una amenaza para el grupo, no eres de fiar, mientras los demás bajan la guardia, tu eres consciente de todo lo que pasa y el grupo está en desventaja.

Por otro lado, no compartir el ritual a ti te hace sentir ser mejor que los demás, con mayor estatus, porque no cedes ante rituales de grupo y precisamente esa individualidad es la que el grupo rechaza.
