@krakenfx What kind of compensation are you planning for customers who lost all their money on margin calls during the period your website was offline. Why you keep adding customers and accepting fiat deposits when you cannot cope?

@krakensupport Here you have my support ticket which I escalated nr 1004438. Everyone must know that Kraken is a trap. You wont get out alive of it. I tried to close my ETH shorts on saturday and sunday, dozens of times. Send a ticket and nothing was done. Now I am losing most of my savings.
