@vfsglobalcare I've been trying to reach you for the past 2 weeks! I applied for a New Zealand visa through you (as I have an Indian passport). Visa was approved but I dont have my passport back. I fly to New Zealand on Thurs Oct 13! And I have no clue where the passport is!
Hey @AirFrance, @fapelous, @AFnewsroom: I was charged $17K for biz class tickets for attempted booking that gave errors on the website. You only refunded taxe, even though support confirmed a full refund. I’m stuck chasing $17K for over a month. Expected better.

"Super intelligence is a business plan for AI labs. And we should ask if it should be more than just a business plan." - Anthropic's cofounder @jackclarkSF made a case for greater government involvement in AI. (1/2)
If you're trying to make sense of the generative AI landscape -- who the different players are and how they come together to help make Gen AI applications happen -- I have written just the article for you in the Spring edition of Sloan Management Review.

Wonderful meeting so many @Wharton alumni in San Francisco this week for the start of the #WhartonImpact Tour. Your enthusiasm was palpable and it was a thrill to experience first-hand.
Thanks to Prof. @KHosanagar for sharing your insights and fascinating work with @WhartonAIB.
Here with @ErikaJames to talk about my journey with @Jumpcut Media and how we’re applying Blockchains and data science to create a more inclusive era of global TV and film making. #WhartonImpact
Almost everyone has startup ideas but is your idea worth pursuing? Here's what a cruise down the Rhine valley taught me about startup idea selection: https://t.co/2TnhBlGqXL
I know first hand (through my wife @vpras_krish) how hard the @SnowflakeDB team has been working over the past few years. Congrats to the team (@cpoul1993, @vpras_krish, etc) on the successful IPO this week.
.@KHosanagar is the @Wharton professor we all wish we had - great knowledge transfer through stories, use cases, and real-world examples. I am blown away and can’t wait to learn more about this new-to-me topic of #MachineLearning (in #finance and #hr). #fearlessfintech
Nice joining @LarryWeeks' podcast and chatting about the role of algorithms in decision-making and how to put the right set of checks & balances. Discussion regarding my book #HumansGuide2AI
Thx to @TimDraper for his blurb for my book #HumansGuide2AI and shoutout earlier today. Do note that Tim is himself an author (How To be a Startup Hero) & a champion for entrepreneurs throughout his life. Thx for your support to entrepreneurs & this excellent resource, Tim.
AI is finally here, from guiding us home on Waze, to helping us choose a restaurant, a book or a job. I believe this will launch a Renaissance of human creativity as mundane tasks become handled by AI. @KHosanagar ’s... https://t.co/Isjg0mSzmL
I like that @facebook@Twitter@YouTube & @Microsoft created Global internet forum to combat terrorism. They share data w/ each other & provide us some info. They could do more w/ auditing algos & being transparent (standardized tests & reporting) https://t.co/156sdGhLaO
Highlight: Artificial intelligence will pervade consumers’ lives, but there will be “many growing pains along the way,” says A Human’s Guide To Machine Intelligence Author @KHosanagar. Also talks about how small businesses can use AI tools. Full interview:
Nice chatting with @bigdata about how manage risk in #machinelearning & the need to weigh considerations such as fairness, security, privacy, explainability, safety, and reliability.
What is the right consumer protection framework when #algorithms are deployed in socially significant settings. In my book #HumansGuide2AI, I propose an algorithmic bill of rights to protect consumers. @Fastcompany excerpted some passages from the book. https://t.co/owCnwWQboC
