What a great job of maintaining the proper angle from separation to footstrike. As you see here, the energy is supported all the way until it's time to fire. LEGIT!!!

It is impossible to get the hand out in front consistently if you have a lot of upper body movement. The reason is that the arm begins to drag behind when the upper body has excess movement. Look at the quiet upper body. as upper body movement decreases, command increases.
Long toss is the #1 way to build healthy arm strength. It is often done incorrectly, and pitchers try to lunge at their partner in order to get the distance. True arm strength will be achieved when you maintain posture, stay loaded, and power the baseball with your back hip.

Love the efficiency. One-two-ball out. Too many steps forces you to rush your throw, and become inaccurate. Having a good weight transfer to the A’s you move throw the ball will allow your body to gather the power it needs to make a strong throw.
Awesome to see @messina1123 getting work in with his #VPX Baseball Harness, and then hitting 💣💣!!
More power will change your game too!!

Good patience on these breaking balls here! In order to effectively spin a tight bender, patience is required on the arm stroke. Training to maintain a good load is a major key to giving your arm time to get out front!

Arm stays down longer >> the body is able to properly counterbalance >> ⛽⛽ is thrown! The body will always move to stay in balance. So if the arm comes up early, the body will drift forward to counterbalance. Equal and opposite gets it done and keeps you powerful!
🔥🔥 Nice little breaking ball here from @jesuarcia! Really good timing on the delivery. Look how the hand gets to a leverage point.. THEN pulls the curveball down. Accelerating the arm too early is when you loose sharpness and command of this pitch.
Another ship for Prospect United 13U! @JacobMcCallbaseball24 threw a CG 3 hitter and punched out 16 in the semifinal, then @Brayden_Fenton_51 and @Justice.Schmidt28 combined to dominate in the title game!!
