@CitImmCanada They are not true Francophones as can be seen from the country of origin. Simply studying French for immigration does not make a Francophone and allowing this in great numbers is not contributing in any way to IRCC's vision of building the Francophone community outside of Quebec.

@311Toronto what is up with the city garbage crew that they keep missing our pickup? Today it is yard waste. Our neighbour's was picked up, but not ours. A 2nd crew just drove right past it a few minutes ago.

Subcontracting to private contractor, OJCR Contracting, is not helping. As the job is not lucrative (only partial replacement), they appear disinterested. Meanwhile, we have lead seeping into our water because we replaced the portion on our property. Now when will city get to it?
