This incident took place in Kumbakonam which is very shocking. These dog catchers have killed nearly 40 dogs like this by beating them without any courtesy. Who gave them the right to kill an animal. This type of action should be noticed and severe punishment has to be given to these people. Please do take action on this heartbreaking incident.
