@_ViolaLayne_ Without knowing what hardware and software you're running it's difficult to suggest anything. A second PC for OBS with a capture card for the PC running your stream camera would be the best scenario but with rising costs this isn't always feasible. ~ Jazzy.

Bad OBS or out of date drivers and software are the biggest cause of high bitrate issues.

@NOTCanadianXD Hum, if I remember correctly you were also having issues creating and joining instances? Did you fully update your OS and drivers? A VPN may help in this situation but it may also cause additional issues ~ Jazzy
