$EGLD β another piece of the puzzle? π
Just spotted a potential triangle on the 4H. An upside breakout could put ~$7 in play, fitting the bullish direction of my Elliott Wave count.
Watching for confirmation. Do you see the same setup, or a different story? π
@the_economystic Thatβs possible too! Itβs all about probabilities, and a lot depends on Bitcoinβs next move. Weβre ready either way: if we go lower, another chance to buy more. If this count is right, we could have an exciting wave ahead! ππ
$EGLD β is wave 3 next? π
Iβm seeing a five-wave advance followed by an ABC correction, with potential targets around $8.75 for wave 3 and $10 for wave 5 if this plays out.
Just my take β do you agree with this Elliott Wave count, or see it differently? Drop your charts below π
MultiversX mainnet is back online.
On September 19 a purpose-built contract hit a bug in the MultiversX virtual machine: a built-in function that should have been atomic was not. Invalid state landed on the ledger, so block production was stopped before it could spread.
Recovery was a hard fork from a checkpoint taken before the exploit. In mainnet history, those tokens were never minted. No blacklist. No whitelist. Validators coordinated in the open, and every node re-checked signatures, roots and state for itself.
@SasuRobert explained this in public, in detail, while the work was still underway. That is rare. It is why people could follow the facts as they happened.
A few threads spent the week looking for a hidden off switch. What they walked past was a Telegram room of independent validators, a public checkpoint, and a team that corrected its own update when the logs were clearer than the dashboards. Less cinematic. Much harder to fake.
Thank you to the engineers, the validators, @beniaminmincu, and everyone who stayed with $EGLD.
We come out of this stronger.
@MultiversX
THE CHAIN IS BACK.
all shards and metachain are notarising and working.
monitoring all from the war room.
things are catching up. blocks are produced.
WE ARE SO BACK!
p.s. a big thing to get from this, it is time to write a new client, directly in rust, via specs and formal verification first. it will be one of my side projects, agents building it in the night, 24/7, it will take some time.
This week said more about $EGLD than any candle.
Supernova is on mainnet. Blocks moved from 6 seconds to 600 milliseconds. Validators agree on transaction order while execution runs in parallel, on the same 4-core, 8 GB machines. Inside a shard, finality is a fraction of a second. Governance passed the upgrade with 99.64% of the vote.
Then a real test arrived. Someone hit a VM-level atomicity edge case, and invalid state reached the ledger. What followed is the part worth keeping.
The team paused the network the same day. The attacker's accounts were identified and frozen with major exchanges. Law enforcement is engaged. The fix was prepared immediately, the code is public, and recovery is a coordinated restart from a known-good checkpoint, rehearsed with validators on testnet and devnet before mainnet moves.
This is what a serious team looks like. They shipped one of the fastest upgrades in the ecosystem, and when an edge case broke they put users ahead of the uptime chart. Validators across the world stayed up and held the line together. Anyone can read the patch.
We are lucky these are the people on $EGLD. They will close the recovery properly. After the all-clear, this is a 600ms chain with a harder protocol and a community that watched its builders do the difficult thing in public.
We come back stronger.

Most people want the black belt.
Almost nobody wants the boring years of training.
Same with money.
Everyone wants to be rich.
Almost nobody wants the quiet work that gets you there.
If your plan only works when you feel inspired,
you donβt have a plan.
You have a vibe.
Yesterday: βEGLD is dead.β Today: attacker frozen, funds safe, fix in 1β2 days.
The timeline always panics first. The team always works second.
This is usually the moment that separates tourists from believers.
Funny. The chart always looks worst right before you see who actually belongs here.
#EGLD #MultiversX
Someone tried to use a bug against MultiversX today. The chain was paused to protect real user funds.
That is what a serious team looks like.
Beni and the builders have brought us through dark nights before. They will bring us through this one too.
A network is not proven when nothing goes wrong. It is proven when it protects you anyway.
We are still here. And after this, we will be even stronger.

Anyone else seeing a potential inverse head and shoulders on the $EGLD 30-minute chart? π
The structure looks interesting β watching the neckline for confirmation.
Whatβs your take on this setup? π
A few notes, only for some crypto people.
If youβre not in crypto, please keep scrolling. Nothing to see here.
1. Is Supernova live and delivered?
YES. After years of work, itβs live. It works. Itβs delivered.
2. Does this change your life?
Yes and no. Yes, if youβre building something cool and know how to find users.
No, if you're not looking to building anything.
3. Does the Finance Computer use MultiversX?
YES. Does it use EGLD? Yes.
4. Is the Finance Computer a product for crypto people? Another thing for crypto people to generously bless with their omniscient wisdom?
No. Itβs not built for crypto people.
Their omniscient wisdom, fortunately, doesnβt apply here. :)
5. Will the Finance Computer spend every day talking about crypto?
No. Plain and simple.
This is a distinct B2B distribution product.
It targets businesses, not crypto users. It speaks their language, solves their problems, and focuses on delivering a service they actually want to use. Less explaining crypto. More of making money actually work better.
6. Now that Supernova is live, will there be new use cases?
YES. Thatβs precisely the point.
The Finance Computer is a new interface for bringing these capabilities into the real world.
Different audience. Different language. Different distribution. Same underlying rails.
7. Will there be announcements and partnerships?
YES.
8. When when when, sirs? Can we have everything today?
No. Not everything today.
During next week and September, weβll start sharing the first business use cases. Something merchants and companies can use in a simple way. Beyond that, weβll have some focused workshops around what the Finance Computer can actually unlock for businesses.
Simple language. Clear benefits. Clear next steps. Use cases businesses can use today.
9. Do we have strategic use cases that validate the Finance Computer and meaningfully accelerate momentum?
YES. Some very interesting ones. That is the entire point of the finance computer. Let those be cooked. We announce them when they are shipped, or just ready.
10. So when do we get all the information?
At the right time. What I can say is this: this quarter will be defining for both the Finance Computer and MultiversX from a business adoption and real-world use case standpoint.
We have shipped a massive infrastructure upgrade, with a completely new interface, that speaks a different language for the business world.Β Taking that further is the focus now. Crawl, walk, run.
11. Isn't it unprofessional or impolite to block trolls who fill my posts and timeline with NPC rubbish?
No. We worked for two years on Supernova. Actually, much longer. We set out to deliver an extremely difficult technical milestone, and we delivered it.
Together with the entire team, I am very proud of that milestone. We now stand at the very frontier of performance, on the right ground, with a clear suite of money services ready for the business world.
So yes, trolls will disappear from my timeline. Better for everyone that way. In computer science, we have a technical term for this. Itβs called garbage collection. Works surprisingly well, highly recommended. :)
12. Are we here to solve all the world's problems?
No. Weβre here to build a great product and deliver it.
Take what is useful. Build on it. Adapt it. Move forward. Thatβs it.
13. But but but, isnβt this supposed to be for everyone?
No. Not everything needs to be for everyone.
What we are building stands for something specific. A better way of accessing, moving and programming money. If it resonates with you, and you need it, great. Come build, use it, contribute, push it forward. If it doesnβt, also great. Life is short. Find something else that does.
14. One final thing.
Crypto, generally, has gotten so toxic that it feels more and more like an autoimmune disease, the body eating itself from the inside. We are in the process of treating that toxicity. Changing the focus, applying more effort on money used in the real world, communicating to the right distribution target, and spending less time on things that are clearly misaligned.
Simple steps can go a long way. Thatβs the direction.
/end of professional rant :)
β------
Ps. That said, for the rest of the cool people here, the Finance Computer makes things simple for real world money movement adoption. It abstracts rocket science technology, and makes things just work.
Next week we are sharing some simple use cases that enable businesses to take this product and use it. It also enables you as an individual to find businesses you are close to, or love, deliver this to them, and potentially make some money as they adopt it.
Anyway. With these milestones delivered, and the new Finance Computer unveiled, we have officially entered the adoption phase.
