@airindiain Web check in for VBM flight AI 174 from SFO to Kochi does not seem to work. Can you please help?

[Michael Khanna @michaelkhanna]

Sh.@DrSJaishankar Sh.@HardeepSPuri Sh.@SandhuTaranjitS @MEAIndia @airindiain @MoCA_GoI 🙏request urgent clarity on attached queries from our #SOSGlobalIndians group members who are perplexed & confused by the sudden change to process. Visa holders/Foreign nationals data capture?

[Michael Khanna @michaelkhanna]

Sir 🙏 Sh.@ArvindKejriwal please help our #SOSGlobalIndians members, transiting through Delhi on #VBM flights. Process delays causing them to miss important flight connections, which is putting unnecessary pressure on Delhi infrastructure. Trust you & @DelhiAirport can resolve.

[Michael Khanna @michaelkhanna]

Sh.@HardeepSPuri thank you for the increased #VBM flights to India🙏. Overseas passengers facing confusion on quarantine when landing in Delhi. Not clear between @MoHFW_INDIA SOPs & actual on ground reality. Should we book same day onwards connection if VBM option is unavailable?

[vrins @vrins1]

@airindiain @airindiain It is almost impossible to get connected to customer support. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, the call just dropped. I have send email to the contact id of airindia with my enquires. Also the live chat link is no more available on AI website.

[Rajasekhar @Sekharkoduri]

@airindiain @Kholia24 Can you please give the direct link to Live Chat. I don't see that on your website.

[V. Muraleedharan @MOS_MEA]

Heartfelt thanks to Shri @HardeepSPuri Ji for accepting MEA's request to operate special flights from #US to #Kerala.

With @MoCA_GoI’s cooperation @MEAIndia will try to add more flights & destinations for speedy evacuation of our citizens under #VandeBharatMission.

[vrins @vrins1]

@airindiain Thanks for the reply (but wonder if this is a bot giving a canned response to every post 🤔) .
Please, can you let us know if this is a possibility at least? Is @airindiain @MOS_MEA working on addressing this concern?

[vrins @vrins1]

@airindiain Is there any update on flights to Kerala from USA? Please have feeder flights from Delhi to Kerala so that we can quarantine at home state and that will also relieve the burden on quarantine institutions in Delhi.

[Michael Khanna @michaelkhanna]

@airindiain people have booked AI connections to their final city, same day, or day or two after landing in India port of entry, on non #VBM domestic flights without 7day IQ SOPs. 🙏 Pls. allow refunds & set up helpline. Sh.@HardeepSPuri @MoHFW_INDIA @MoCA_GoI @PremBhandariNYC
