I have filled feedback forms twice. Below are my booking details:

My flight ticket from FRA to AMD via Delhi was cancelled by @airindiain customer care representative on request on 27th Sept 2021 within 24 hours of booking.I was supposed to receive my full refund within 31 days of cancellation but its over 3 months without refund. Please help !
