@SimmiAhuja_ @goindigo @IndiGo6E necessary charges are too much in Indigo's case, even after so many government advisories to avoid international travel Indigo is still charging cancellation fees. @DGCAIndia plz take note of this. Big cancellation fees are stopping people to cancel international travel

Same! They are not refunding the amount, however, we have still cancelled our trip to Dubai and paid 5k per ticket per person as cancellation charges. Very unfair!
