Using education to bring people together has been a learning curve for me, not that it’s difficult to love, I fell in love with helping people and pushing people to do better since day 1!

Roles and responsibilities:

When hosting a #business #networking event you should have a team to support these things; #Graphics, #Facilitators, guesta gitators, #ContentCreators, #gamedesigners, and a #TimeKeeper.

We would love to #grow our #team! Always need more help!

One more thing we are #learning is that the type of #teaching and #tools we use to bring people together is always #evolving, that doesn’t mean that the best strategy is to move fast and forward with it. Sometimes the better #strategy is to revert to old #tech too. Think, #email.

4) building a team is imperative, every community needs a large and proportional size team. What that is I don’t know yet, we are still learning. But asking for help is a good thing 👍

3) it doesn’t matter where your people meet, it matters if they get value from being together. If it’s in VR or Zoom or Discord, use that tool to engage in different ways, but bring the same consistency of education and informational value.

2) people join communities because of a sense of value, knowledge, connections, leads, etc… building connections that matter and leads is mor difficult than building a foundation of knowledge, so start there and make this as valuable as possible. 10,000x the initial investment.

We have been focusing on the wrong things in the last 2 yrs or so, (in a sense).

Here is what we have learned and are still learning;

1) Building community is not just about numbers, it’s about speed of trust, how fast can we grow concentric circles of trust within our network?
