@MichelleEliass1 I would use project management quadrant. It has four corners: Time, Resources, Quality, Scope. Which are fixed and which can be adjusted? Possibly in your case Time is fixed, but Quality and Scope can be adjusted down. Resources relates to your question about productivity.
