I want to support good journalists and good writers but there is simply no way to subscribe to every article or newspaper or magazine or newsletter, and it sucks for everyone because writers want readers for their stuff and readers want to read, but normal people can’t afford to.
I’m proud of the American Olympic athletes who are speaking out about the mixed feelings that come with representing the US at a time like this, knowing they’re going to get so much right wing backlash. I hope they don’t back down. They’re on the right side of history.

Watching the goofy movie documentary. Just makes me sad cause I honestly did not like it much as a kid. But my older brother did. I should have watched it more with him.

Just know, yesterday was absolutely terrible for this early head start employee. Had to let families know that I don't know if this referral will go through. Reassure others that we are still doing home visits tomorrow.

Yes, outcomes have improved.
I always say I'm from Indiana, but when someone says they are going to the lake, I always assume they mean Lake Erie...usually they just mean a lake in Angola. Then I remember I did grow up in Ohio.
Once my 2012 Honda civic (162,846 miles) dies I’m not sure I’ll have other options than move to Chicago or NYC to sustain my quality of life. No way to save enough money to buy another one, and I refuse to ever have a car payment. Time’s running out!
