@SKUSHWAHAK @IndiaPostOffice After about 10 more days, I visited again. I was told that there was still no response from Chennai and that I should continue waiting.

During my second visit, I was also given an office contact number to follow up. However, that number is now switched off and unreachable.

1.Whether the articles were received at Port Blair RMS
2.Current exact location
3.Reason for non-delivery for over 2 months
4.Expected resolution timeline

This matter now requires detailed trace and accountability.

@IndiaPostOffice As per information provided by Ahmedabad office on 19-01-2026, both articles were dispatched from Chennai AP TMO on 13-12-2025 and were to be received at Port Blair RMS.

I demand immediate clarification and action on both articles.
