@allianceair Your service last evening was the WORST. Definitely going to sue you for this.
- Flight No. 9I - 658 scheduled to depart at 9:25 was pushed to 10:15. Msg sent out after 7:30 pm.
- Check-in & security was completed and passengers were awaiting boarding.

@allianceair left the remaining passengers completely unattended at the airport. No seats offered in the next available flight. @allianceair toll free number was not answered by anyone since the flight’s cancellation. No food, water served. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. #allianceair

My 2 cents on what needs to be done by our fraternity:

1. Make better films.
2. Reduce COP
3. Reduce ticket prices drastically
4. Not release films on OTT for 3 month
5. Stop being Arrogant. be inclusive
