@Uber_MEX It is more than 1month I am following up with your customer care to initiate the deposit for cancelled and unable to provide invoices for the rides, but still there is no resolution!! 3payments which are pending on Uber side, this is really pathetic service from Uber.

@Uber_Support I spoke with my bank again and they are clearly telling me that Uber has not initiate refund or release the money. How much time you need to check into this small issue and refund my money. This is really pathetic service. Let me know if I shall file a case against Uber on this?
