I've become less reactive and calmer with counseling/therapy & the gym.

Grateful for the growth that comes with all of that.

I was trying to pour pasta into the alfredo sauce I made and I accidentally dropped it. I tried catching the pot with my hand (which i did); but somehow only burnt my toe with the sauce that fell out.
Anyways, all that happened and my husband applauded me for not freaking out 😅

I think it’s reasonable to keep your children away from family members who don’t follow rules you’ve enforced for your childs well being. If I say No Candy, it’s wrong to sneak them candy & tell them to keep it a secret. Now you lose all unsupervised access. Was it worth it?
