@SharedotMarket @PhonePe my ipo application PPKABRAJ1038 has been marked as cancelled stating that mandate was not approved during timeline
From screenshot below:
1- application is cancelled on 14th jan before ipo start (which i did not do). And why did mandate request was sent on 15th in that case?
2- as per your customer support mandate was not approved during timeline.
3- there is no email communication from your end on my ipo application cancellation. Else i would have initiated this application from other broker like @zerodha
4- in case of application cancelled why my amount is not unblocked till now
