Very disappointing @NivaBupaHealth.
I recently purchased a health insurance policy and requested a slight edit, I was told to cancel to get this update done. When I request this cancellation within the free look period, despite following up continuously for the last 10 days and speaking with multiple customer service representatives via email, whatsapp and on-call there has been little to no progress. The lack of responsiveness and poor customer support are unacceptable. Customers should not have to struggle this much to get a simple cancellation request processed. I wonder what would be to request a claim be like! @Niva_Bupa@NivaBupaSupport@irdaindia #HealthInsurance #NivaBupa
This 5-yr-old girl, a cancer patient, who is #COVID positive, was waiting for a hospital bed in #Delhi when I saw her.
As she waited, coughing every minute, she held on to her mother's fingers or clothes — She never let go of her.
Somehow, I can't get her image out of my head.
Kerala's COVID-19 response has been humane, caring and successful. They've kept their death toll to 2, and new cases are falling thanks to widespread community testing.
It puts the so-called "first world" to shame.

India is one of a few countries in the world that barred its own citizens from seeking refuge as home from the global #CoronavirusOutbreak. My colleague @SJFindlay reports on the plight of stranded students. https://t.co/J4yR9Luv5C
After Pinarayi Vijayan's directive, stray dogs and monkeys are being fed in Kerala. But not proud or happy. In this same country, some states are treating humans worse than dogs. And the people of those states abuse Kerala on Twitter. Irony!
