@Ravisutanjani No way small vendors will bear mdr as irctc itself collects mdr from passenger in name of convience fee. Where the final amount varies on selection of payment method between upi and cards like when small vendors ask mdr its illegal but changing the name becomes legal.

@realsiff This is 100 percent true as I'm a victim of the same. I have also got lien balance in my business account and no replies from authority im in chennai and case filed in mumbai no help from cyber helpline also as they said u have to visit police station where case is filed.

@IndianTechGuide Same happened with me when iam and customer both are living in chennai and fake case has registered in mumbai and not able to contact investigation officer or police station.They blocked 3000 of my 5000 trns but main thing is when i asked that customer he said he didn't complaint
