@RahulGandhi They removed CJI from the panel to choose CEC, because, CJI from a Collegium system is prone to dynastic system like the one exists in politics. Two dynasts in a single Body of three member power delivery centre is suicidal for democracy.

5. Why,"provisions for appeal then? ( In this case the impugned ruling was subsequently upheld by a two member Bench of the same HC)
If appeal unsatisfactory there is SC!
Why jump gun for an urge to impeach a Judge, who, some feel, is uncomfortable?

- IS REJECTED by Hon'ble Supreme Court

No STAY Granted. Wedding halls construction from temple funds STOPPED.

Matter posted to Nov 2025 now. My heart felt Thanks to Sr Counsels Shri Guru Krishnakumar Ji, Shri P. Valliappan Ji and Shrimati Haripriya Padmanaban Ji who came in the last minute to help Hindu Temples and Devotees. 🙏🙏🙏
