Totally awestruck by the way Justice GR Swaminathan has curated this Judgement, stunning clarity and beautiful analogy.
Savukku deserves a special thanks for going through the subtle details of his classic Judgement.
I am sure this Judgement will emerge Triumphant in the SC!
@RahulGandhi They removed CJI from the panel to choose CEC, because, CJI from a Collegium system is prone to dynastic system like the one exists in politics. Two dynasts in a single Body of three member power delivery centre is suicidal for democracy.
Let the Judiciary reform itself first!
@Mahaveer_VJ It's good, if it is from the heart.
But in a socio-set up where deception is an admitted weapon to conquer non-believers,
how far the meaning of these words go?
5. Why,"provisions for appeal then? ( In this case the impugned ruling was subsequently upheld by a two member Bench of the same HC)
If appeal unsatisfactory there is SC!
Why jump gun for an urge to impeach a Judge, who, some feel, is uncomfortable?
Why mock the Constitution?
4. A villification campaign of the Judge concerned, starts. Issue reaches Parliament, to permit discussion on impeachment motion against the Judge.
Question to those roaming with a copy of the Constitution: Impeachment for a Judge who did not satisfy some, with his ruling?.....5
3. The Judge visits site concerned, personally verifies all facts and then orders the litigant(s) can l8ght the lamp upon the pillar. Authorities refuse to co-operate to execute the Court Order. Issue flares up, thanks to the postures at various quarters!
Judge targeted....4
2. The order, upholds the rights of a devotee, who wants to see the lamp lit on the traditional place atop a pillar in the temple premises. authorities fail all along, devotee approached the Court. The Judge after considers all relevant documents connected...3
Three cheers to the pseudo Gandhis, the custodians of Bharath's Constitution!
They sign an impeachment of a High Court Judge, who passed an order, allowing a simple religious custom of lighting a lamp at the traditional Lamp Pillar, in the temple premises, atop the Hill. ..2
Experiment UP against Yogi ji in 2024, backfired. Lessons not learnt.
Same exercise in TN now, against the most popular BJP leader by the corrupt Dravidian Parties, their stooges in TNBJP, AND the powers that be in the BJP's Central leadership!
Quo Vadis, BJP?
@KalyaanBJP_@annamalai_k TNBJP President should expel this man from the BJP. He is bent upon breaking thr Party by stoking factionalism in TN BJP. He is a double agent both for DMK and ADMK.
Great news for Hindus from Supreme Court !
TN Govt's plea to stay the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench quashing the Government Orders allowing Wedding Hall constructions using temple funds and properties
- IS REJECTED by Hon'ble Supreme Court
No STAY Granted. Wedding halls construction from temple funds STOPPED.

Shame on TNBJP leadership to shame Annamalai thro Dravidian parties stooges n President is encouraging it by being a mute spectator. Don't forget it is Annamalai who earned u respect n recognition

@ImSoniya24@TimesAlgebraIND It is because, he is under obligation to China, more so to CPC because of of his MoU signed in 2008. Perhaps, he has to see India remains a dependent of China, stop India develops. Ridiculing PM, on behalf of China's ally Pak, he may escalate war so our economy stagnates.
