all these years exchanges have been building terminals with hundreds of buttons and charts when in reality we only use a fraction of them
and now it turns out the best trading interface is literally just an empty chat window
what @liquidtrading did with their co-invest looks super cool and logical. like you sit in claude analyzing the market and just drop a prompt right there to open a position, haha it feels kinda weird but interesting
no tab switching or searching for tickers, you just type the text and it executes, doesnt matter if its crypto or stocks
basically they just removed all the noise between having an idea and entering the market, this is something new lets see how it plays out, btw you can test it here
entire space is building ai agents right now but ignoring one massive detail how are they supposed to pay for things
giving an agent a private key is just not an option, in feb there was already a case where a bot sent 300k to a guy just because he asked in the replies, but connecting your main wallet isn't the move either because then every single api payment gets permanently linked to you on a public explorer
@magicblock solved this in the most simple and logical way, they just took the keys away from the agent entirely
here is how it works: the bot simply says it needs to pay for something. the magicblock api builds the tx and hides it through their private rollup, and then your wallet (like @crossmint ) just sends you a push to sign it. you press the button yourself, your funds are safe because you hold the key, the agent gets its subscription, and there is zero info on the explorer about who paid who
agents are about to start paying for absolutely everything and this is genuinely a must-have so you don't doxx your expenses
it's super interesting to watch all of this unfold because the world is moving at an insane pace
feels like agents just dropped yesterday, and today they can already pay for everything themselves
.@magicblock just rolled out a really solid update for their quests and it kind of changes the game
before we were spinning the reward machine hoping for some limited merch or event tickets, which is cool, but now they added what everyone actually wanted any prizes you win can now be officially redeemed directly for usdc
core loop is exactly the same, you just play different partner apps on solana, complete tasks and farm points like you normally would then you spend those points on spins, but now instead of a t-shirt or a mug you actually have a real chance to pull raw liquidity in stables
if you were skipping these quests before or just feeling lazy about them, now there is a real incentive to jump in and try your luck, link is the same so go test it out
everyone says crypto is perfect for freelancers and creators but they always forget one detail
imagine this: you send an invoice to a client and they just hop on a block explorer to see what you charge other people or how much you make overall, in real life we would never show our bank statement to a random person but in web3 it's somehow considered the norm, sure it's convenient for crypto natives but for regular freelancers what's normal to us is just weird to them
but i recently saw an announcement on the @magicblock page that @looftapay is finally fixing this problem, they built a proper payment layer on magicblock infra (obviously) that works like a regular neobank but entirely onchain which is honestly insane
no more clunky 40 addresses your twitter handle is literally your account, you can send funds to someone even if they've never seen a seed phrase in their life (a wallet just spins up for them in the background) and tell me that isn't cool and super convenient, everything settles in milliseconds absolutely private but still fully compliant and with all the necessary checks
it looks really interesting and i'd love to try it out in a real world scenario, definitely going to test it soonаа
A single image that sums up the current global economy better than dozens of analyst reports
While crypto enthusiasts wait for the next bull run, the real rally is happening in basic consumer staples. It’s striking how fast money is losing its value in the real world compared to the corrections in high-risk markets
The investment lessons of 2024 - 2026 are brutal you can perfectly predict trends in tech or crypto, but everyday food inflation will eat up your purchasing power much faster. I’m curious to see how this trend will reshape retail investor behavior in the coming years
there's barely any time left until the deadline for the magicblock privacy track at colosseum frontier
the 5k prize pool is a nice bonus of course, but imo the real value here is totally different. privacy on @solana is basically an untapped market right now and easily one of the most promising narratives going forward
people used to be fine with just fast and cheap txs, but now serious players, defi protocols and ai agents desperately need a secure and private environment. whoever solves this pain point first and ships a solid solution is just gonna take over the market
there is very little time left until the hackathon ends, but if you are already building something, these last three days are exactly what you need to put everything together, polish the idea and ship your mvp
best of luck to all the builders out there
@magicblock
interesting to watch how liquidity acquisition models are evolving right now
instead of burning budgets on marketing or dropping meme tokens that everyone instantly dumps on the market, @liquidtrading went with direct revenue sharing. essentially they give a cut of their real earnings to those bringing in active users
this isnt just a one time payout per click but a constant percentage of the trading volume, and the higher the volume the bigger share of fees you get over time. for people running trading chats or alpha groups this is probably the healthiest way to monetize your work without shilling some scam to your audience, its super interesting specifically for active traders
if you understand how real yield protocols work i highly recommend checking out their math, looks pretty solid to me

everyone assumes closed models are the absolute peak but open source just proved it can hit almost the same level for pennies
during the first @SentientAGI arena challenge 147 builders spent three weeks testing the open minimax m2.5 against the closed opus 4.5 on the heavy officeqa benchmark
the numbers speak for themselves, the top teams hit 70% accuracy on open source spending just $1.74 per run on average, while closed opus gave 80% but cost almost 57 bucks, making it roughly 30x more expensive
a bunch of wild insights came out during testing, like how short and dense prompts actually work way better than massive walls of text, which let some teams keep their accuracy while slashing costs by 87%
but the craziest part is how emotional tone affects the model, turns out if you drop the dry commands and just say "these are notes from your colleagues" the accuracy on some tasks skyrockets from 25% to 88%
even better, when some devs straight up lied to the agent saying it would lose points for skipping questions, it actually got scared and stopped skipping them, even though there was zero penalty in reality
long story short, if we are talking pure absolute accuracy closed models are still ahead, but if you look at performance per dollar then open source with good engineering absolutely destroys the competition
soon sentient is dropping a massive dataset on hugging face with over 108k reasoning traces from the event, so anyone can see exactly how complex ai agents think and where they actually mess up
may just started and the @magicblock ecosystem is already moving way too fast to keep track of everything
first off they wrapped up solana blitz v4 with helius and metaplex, the theme was agentic and builders shipped 32 projects. the winners are already out
team is also pushing hard on the privacy meta right now. they are sponsoring the track at network state, hanging out irl in malaysia and preparing for demo day on may 14th. andy weng also did a really solid workshop on how to actually build private onchain apps
highly recommend checking out their recent forex research too. it's a 7.5 trillion daily market that basically doesn't exist onchain yet, even though solana has all the infra ready for it. someone needs to step up and build this
for the @solanamobile users, slimecoin and bananazone just went live on the seeker dApp store
and just as a metric of how fast the space is growing, all the docs are now translated into chinese, japanese and korean because of the massive influx of builders from asia
the pace is insane right now
closing an 18m seed round is an objectively strong sign that the project is being built with a proper time horizon
when you have this kind of financial foundation, the team can just do their job, build the infrastructure and not get distracted by unnecessary noise
for me personally, this is the main marker that the people here clearly understand where the platform is heading and what they want to build in the end
it's great to see news like this about a product you work with every day, knowing there’s still a lot of work ahead
@liquidtrading
Today, we're announcing an $18 million Series Seed, led by @neo and @leftlanecap, with continued support from Paradigm, General Catalyst, and other top VC firms — bringing our total raised to over $25 million.
it finally made it here
the mug i won in @IMenlikovaOG contest is officially in my hands and it looks even cleaner in real life
but it's not even about the merch itself. moments like this just remind me that the @magicblock community is way more than just a regular community
it's genuinely a magic family where everyone has each other's backs, with real support and an insane vibe
huge shoutout and thanks to Odan, he does so much for this community
we keep cooking
usually crypto discords are just a wasteland where everyone spams gm and grinds the chat
@liquidtrading took a different route and turned their server into a proper trading hub for people who actually trade the market
first off they packed all the info streams into one solid news aggregator so you dont have to constantly jump between tabs and twitter when things move fast
second there are actual spaces for strategy talk where you can calmly break down setups with solid people, and plus theres a spot to easily drop your profits straight from the app to share your results with the community
overall the vibe is just really good, its a place you actually want to hang out in
.@magicblock finally dropped questline season 3 and there are some major updates
the biggest change is that new points are actually spendable now, they launched the reward machine where you can use points for a chance to win real prizes like limited merch or tickets to breakpoint 2026
every spin is resolved entirely onchain using their vrf so everything is verifiable and transparent
if you grinded in season 1 and 2 don't worry, your historical points and overall rank are permanently saved on your profile, and they are teasing bigger things for top players
there is also a huge update for builders, any project using magicblock can now list their quests permissionlessly without extra friction
the first partner quests are already live so it's time to jump in, farm some points and hit the reward machine while prizes are still there
after three weeks of intense building the devs from the @SentientAGI arena showcased their projects at demo day
they tackled one of the hardest problems in ai right now, grounded reasoning over massive datasets
whole point is figuring out how to make ai models process huge amounts of data reliably without hallucinating and actually sticking to facts
cohort 0 delivered some really solid results and proved this can be solved, though the sentient team says it's just a warmup for the next stages
if you missed the live stream the full replay with all presentations is already up, definitely worth watching to see where the space is heading and what sentient is actually building
