रेल संचालन में सहायक लोको पायलट प्रथम एवं मुख्य भूमिका निभाते हैं । बिना सहायक लोको पायलट के गाड़ी का चक्का नहीं घूम सकता। अत: हम अपने हक के लिए शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से रेल मंत्रालय से यह माॅग करते हैं कि 1900 ग्रेड पे से बढ़ाकर 2800 ग्रेड पे किया जाये।

#2800GpforAlp this is worst condition of Alp ever seen. Working in harsh conditions still the grade pay is only 1900 the lowest of the mark.
The whole responsibility of the train is on our shoulder &what we get!! just a penny
