History of Road truck accident (truck v.cow)
injury to chest & abdomen (chest and abdomen hit the steering wheel while the patient lurched forward on impact)
History of pain in abdomen (supra-umblical area) associated with 2 episodes of vomiting.

Diagnosis:-Left frontal arteriovenous malformation (AVM)

Diagnosis:-Critical valvular pulmonary stenosis(pin hole opening)
No LV,Good Right ventricle (RV) volume,No VSD/ASD, No COA,large PDA(L->R) , Left aortic aarch,severe RVH,
Normal BV function,PROSTA GLANDIN DEPENDENT DUCT CIRCULATION.
