The youth are the future of this nation. Yet, a dangerous game is being played with their DESTINY. Paper leaks, sudden exam cancellations, mass unemployment, and the systematic destruction of financial security for young people — this is no accident. It is a premeditated assault on India’s next generation. Those who were supposed to protect and nurture the future have turned into predators. The guardians have become the destroyers.

Transparency on evaluator training, error rates, and moderation? Nowhere to be seen. Fast and fair re-evaluation? Still a distant dream.
CBSE owes every affected student an apology, not excuses. Heads must roll for this preventable disaster."

EXTORTION…. of innocent Students.

An offender cannot be rewarded for his own offence.
CBSE commits the blunder, outsources students' futures to shady vendors, and then turns around to loot parents for ₹2000 just to get the answer sheets checked properly — the very job they failed to do.
This is not an evaluation. This is extortion.
The mistake is yours. The burden is on the students. The profit flows to the system.
Shame on every predator who turns institutional failure into personal profit. You don't get to rob families for your own incompetence.
Students are not ATM machines for your blunders. Fix it. Refund it. Or step down.

The Callous Handling of CBSE Class 12 Results Debacle:

The careless and callous attitude displayed by CBSE and the concerned authorities towards the immense distress faced by lakhs of Class 12 students and their parents is nothing short of institutional betrayal and a national disgrace.

Despite committing multiple serious wrongs — including twisting procurement rules mid-process to favour an unqualified vendor with a questionable background, bypassing essential background checks, and outsourcing the critical evaluation of students' futures to an unreliable third party — the response from the system has been shockingly inadequate. 

The mere transfer of the CBSE Chairman and Secretary, along with the formation of yet another inquiry committee, reflects a cosmetic exercise rather than genuine accountability.

This is not mere administrative negligence; it is a systemic failure that has robbed students of their hard-earned confidence, plunged families into sleepless nights of anxiety, and jeopardized the careers and futures of an entire generation. The government's audacity in treating this as a routine matter, even after such glaring lapses in transparency regarding evaluator training, error rates, and moderation processes, exposes a shocking indifference to the human cost of their incompetence.

Worse still is the brazen extortion of innocent students and parents. CBSE, having failed in its fundamental duty, now demands ₹2000 per student for re-evaluation — the very task it botched in the first place. An offender cannot be rewarded for its own offence. Forcing families to pay for the system's blunders is not just unfair; it is predatory and morally reprehensible. Students are not ATM machines for institutional failures.

We strongly condemn this non-serious approach to a grave national issue affecting the youth of India. CBSE and the government owe every affected student and parent a formal apology, not excuses. Immediate steps must be taken to:

Provide free, fast, and transparent re-evaluation:

Refund all re-checking fees already collected:

Ensure full accountability, including appropriate action against those responsible:

Implement systemic reforms to prevent such disasters in the future:

Anything less than complete accountability will only deepen the loss of faith in our education system. The futures of our children cannot be treated with such callousness. Fix it. Refund it. And stop punishing students for your own incompetence.

AYODHYA RAM MANIDR - LOOT !! 

“RTI exclusion undermines public Trust”

The foremost red flag — and the biggest barrier — is the deliberate exclusion of key public trusts and funds from the ambit of the RTI Act.

Why this systematic shielding? It strongly suggests questionable intentions and a deep reluctance to embrace genuine transparency and accountability. 

When institutions handling massive public resources (such as PM-CARES or similar opaque trusts) are kept outside the Right to Information framework, it undermines public trust, mocks democratic principles, and fuels suspicions of hidden motives. True governance thrives on openness; secrecy, especially around public money, breeds doubt and erodes faith in the system.

This approach appears designed more to protect vested interests than to serve the people, contrary to the RTI Act’s core promise of empowering citizens against CORRUPTION and UNACCOUNTABILITY. 

All these things force one to infer that there was an element of premeditation to this happening.
