Your app team has taken me for a ride and my funds are currently lost. No one has a response yet. The support team is not very helpful
@kunalb11 It would have been better if you atleast focussed on how CRED is working. The support is pathetic. I made a full payment of my card on 31 Mar which got reversed. Till now there is no proper update and you guys have been faking me that it has been credited to card.
Today is 25th April which is 25 days and you have been just playing around with my amount of 3 Lakhs 40 thousand. I got penalised for late payment and interest charges even after paying my card in full. You screwed up my Cibil score. What is your say here? How can you cheat ?
@kunalb11@CRED_support do you guys even care to respond. There has been no response from your team yesterday. Is this your audacity? Dont you have minimum courtesy of responding to customers and keeping up your promises. If you can’t resolve the issue then don’t promise it.
@kunalb11@jagograhakjago@CRED_support@ConsumerCom@CES I want to let you know that CRED app has been playing around with peoples money. I did a payment on Thursday night to my credit card. The amount has been deducted from my bank and received by CRED app as it says.
@kunalb11@CRED_support your team calls me up and says to wait for 2 more days to get the resolution on the issue. It has been 3 days now and 2 additional days are needed to get status. Good work! This is how crappy your service is!
My card has a standing instruction of EMI deduction every month which got bounced due to insufficient funds in the card. This is because you did not process payments. I have to bear this impact now. Will you take responsibility of this? Will you help my cibil score not get bad?

Guys I was happy when I had your initiative towards people who have lost huge amount during Shiba Ainu coin situation. I lost 10 Lakhs which is a very huge amount for me.
But your conditions on airdrop are different.
@WazirXCares Hello team yes I have seen that policy. I wanted to hold it but I realised the price was not even close to the market pricing and I panicked and sold it off. And that is the reason I had a huge loss of 9Lakhs. If it was listed with the right pricing I would not be at loss.
