@CityPowerJhb Power has been out since 3am in Honeydew. Its now 1850. Is it fair to assume the team mentioned in yo 1605 post hasnt been dispatched?Residents have driven around and seen no City Power vehicles.Does this mean theres no urgency leaving residents to a miserable Xmas

Hi @British_Airways my luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight to JNB from LHR on Saturday evening (20 July, BA055). Everyday since Sunday morning when I landed in Johannesburg I keep being told that I am going to get my luggage. Can you please assist speed this up?
