Karmelo Anthony Trial update

Key testimony from coaches from various schools.

*Coach Rebmann, a combat who has seen much death in his war tours, tried to save Austin. Rebmann was not from Austin or Karmelo's school. He recounted hearing Austin's last breath as the color went out of Austin's face, and his pulse went away.

*A female track official Whiteaker described the team tents as locker rooms for track athletes. You don't go into other team's locker rooms. Note- It was raining and Karmelo's team didn't have a tent.

*Coach Hooper said he held Karmelo after the stabbing and told Karmelo his life would forever change if Austin died. Karmelo told him Austin would not die. Karmelo said, "He put his hands on me. I stabbed him."

Karmelo had claimed self-defense for the reason he stabbed Austin Metclaf.

Important new information:

The knife Karmelo had was a 3.5" pocket knife with a black blade and silver handle. Key point is the knife was open.

Testimony will continue Monday.

The trial is not televised or streamed.

BREAKING | Investigation Underway After Body Found in Water

Ruby doesn’t know she was surrendered.

A volunteer took her out expecting to comfort a scared dog and ended up sitting on the floor with her while she pressed in close, buried her face, and quietly asked not to be left again.

Ruby is a 1-year-old Shepherd / Belgian Malinois mix. Housebroken. Good with kids. Good with other dogs.

She’s at Cobb County Animal Services in Marietta, GA.

Karmelo Anthony Update

Details regarding opening statements and testimony from the 1st day of trial.

Karmelo is accused of stabbing Austin Metcalf to death. Karmelo admitted he stabbed Anthony at a highschool track meet.
