Abdul El-Sayed campaigns as the pure progressive warrior for “Medicare for All… from cradle to grave.” He attacks doctors who won’t take Medicaid and claims they treat Black and brown patients as “half citizens.”

Meanwhile his own wife, psychiatrist Sarah Jukaku (El-Sayed), runs a pure cash-only private practice in Ann Arbor.

No Medicare.
No Medicaid.
No insurance of any kind.
Patients pay out of pocket.

She opted out of Medicare. The website language about refusing insurance was quietly altered when the contradiction got too obvious.

This is the same household sitting on high six-figure income and family properties in Bangalore and Dubai.

And look at the family background I exposed years ago:

Her father, Dr. Jukaku Tayeb, was former president and board member of CAIR-Michigan - the same CAIR named an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation Hamas-financing trial and designated a terrorist organization by Texas and Florida.

He has also been deeply involved with the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) - a documented Muslim Brotherhood front group - and the Islamic Association of Greater Detroit. He has poured hundreds of thousands into a super PAC backing his son-in-law’s Senate run.

So the man demanding single-payer for everyone is married into a family with deep ties to CAIR, ISNA (Muslim Brotherhood), and other jihadis networks, while his wife structures her entire medical practice to reject the very public insurance system he wants to force on the rest of us.

One set of rules for the radical elite.

Another for the American people they claim to champion.

This is the Red-Green alliance in action: progressive rhetoric on the outside, family radical networks and personal exemption on the inside.

Michigan - wake up.

They never go away. They dig in. They wait. And they push until they seize power.
