@EurekaforbesIN Why is it so difficult to schedule a SR. The technician never arrives on scheduled time, the calls go to people who say they r not assigned to this SR. This has been happening since last one week and 3 times the request has been rescheduled. Please resolve.

@NMMCCommr@NMMConline how many days should it take to get death certificate. It's been more than 20 days and no proper update on when we can expect it to receive from Airoli G ward office. Every other documentation is stuck because of not receiving the death certificate.
@sbigeneral do u even hv a policy renewal department? It's been a week I am asking for renewal payment links for my 4 policies with u and all u do is ask ur sales people to call me and explain new policies. No response even on emails. I was not expecting such a pathetic service..
@AvivaIndia pathetic customer service. Takes so many days to reply and then does not even check the previous mails. It's been a to and fro from last 20days without a resolution. The premium due date is now passed cos of your slow and non understanding customer service.
