@VoltasBeko Technician Sh R Suresh, mobile [phone], finally came and said he CANNOT INSTALL but ONLY DEMONSTRATE. If the tap is there (there in the sink already) he can plug in. He REFUSED to even open the package. Any answer Voltas?

It's a deadend and only pumping out will help.

GCC has been helping earlier in such situations and hope they come to help again. Request GCC for pumping out pl.

Besides, if Parliament represents Sovereignty, why is President in whose name the Sovereignty is exercised, being excluded?

@rvaidya2000 Just to clarify, the Constitution has different provision for Governors. They are NOT part of the State Legislatures unlike in case of President. Apple is different from Oranges.

@rvaidya2000 Sir, leaving politics aside, if you agree that those associated with Parliament (e.g. MPs from Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha) should be invited for the inauguration, why is the President, which the Constitution itself recognises as a constituent of Parliament, not being invited?
