@EtihadHelp appalling customer service. Had to change the name of my unborn infant from previous booking and they charged 400 AED for a refund plus 770 AED for new booking. Plus charging 340 AED for baby bassinets each way make their policies discriminatory to parents. Shameful.

@EmiratesSupport @emirates apalling customer service, more than 1h waiting time and counting, for a skywards gold member! This had never happened before, really poor service hope they improve or I will move to @etihad @qatarairways
