As the work year comes to a close, we're all under immense pressure. Please avoid cruel and destructive question like, "how's it going?"; "how's the writing coming along"; and "wow, what number coffee is that?"

The standard prescription for Epi-Pens is 2 pens.
This isn’t so you have a spare.
Some anaphylactic reactions are biphasic meaning symptoms return after/despite the first dose. About 10% require a second epinephrine dose.
If you need it, you want to have BOTH pens with you!

lots of talk about raising boys to also participate in household chores, but I think one of the best things we can do for them (and this is gender neutral really!) is teaching them to walk into a room and notice what needs to be done, and then do it without being asked.
Here’s a hard truth every “wellness influencer” needs to swallow: someone can do everything *right* when it comes to a healthy lifestyle and still get sick or be diagnosed with chronic diseases. The lifestyle vs. medicine debate needs to die. It’s not an either/or situation, use both to improve health!
