How good are the TV team at tipping horse racing winners? I really enjoy racing on ITV, but can the public trust the advice some of the presenters give?

Rules need to be amended so that the benefit of the doubt is given to jockeys if they pull up a horse they think is very tired & might be in danger from further jumping, even if it still has a chance of a place
