Today was a monumental day for every loved one who has passed away and had their death covered up, for every survivor who told their truth and was told they are liars, for every bereaved campaigner who has been on their knees and sometimes even suicidal.
We clubbed together, we dug deep, and we wanted to protect others.
You asked me questions at the Bill Committee, and I answered you honestly.

At every stage of these negotiations, we have had an open door policy over at @NowHillsborough
At any point could have come to us with your concerns over the intelligence services amendment, but instead, you chose to use today, a day that some of us fought 10 years for.
There is no threat to National security and you damn well know it but, to imply that the very people who have endured YEARS of injustice, would put there name to a Bill that would jeopardise the safety of the very people who keep us and our country safe is deplorable.
Shame.
