#39canimals I totally agree with you, some people are so irresponsible when they decide to adopt a pet. Some people even put them in shelters when they get old, which is truly disgusting because these animals are our best friends, so they shouldn't be treated like that.

#39canimals Your completely right!! Dog shouldn't be abandoned because they were domesticated and therefore don't have the same skills to survive in the streets than cats and other animals. This is so sad because the dog doesn't deserve to be lonely and treated that badly.

#39canimals The abandonment of dogs is indirectly hurting them. Dogs on the streets have an average life span of three years, struggle to survive, and have very low fecundity and little survival rate. For moral reasons, we shouldn't abandon dogs!!

#39canimals We should spread awareness about Costco and KFC's mistreatment of their chickens. Costco chicken is so well known for their cheap prices and taste, but knowing about their cruelty can change many minds and encourage them to stop supporting their practices.

#39canimals That's so unfair how people value purebred dogs more than mixed. Having a mixed dog, I would be so devastated if she was euthanized if she were ever to get lost. Dogs were domesticated by people and we should protect them.

#39canimals One of the serious problems of stray dogs is that the risk of euthanasia increased with age for mixed-breed dogs, but not for purebred dogs.
