PUBLIC PERMITS ARE THE LEADS CONTRACTORS SHOULD HAVE BEEN BUYING THIS WHOLE TIME
Most lead lists are guesses, someone clicked an ad, filled a form, searched once, or got scraped from a database
Permit data is different, a homeowner filed for a roof replacement. A restaurant submitted a buildout. A business applied for signage. A property owner started a renovation
The project is no longer theoretical, AI can read that public data every morning, clean it, rank the highest-value jobs, enrich the contact info, and send contractors the leads before they start fighting everyone else on Google Ads

Garrett’s plan is to re-fly drone surveys and re-run EM (electromagnetic) geophysics over the expanded license package. Previous data indicated that mineralization extends beyond the original claim boundaries, so the objective is to fully capture the lateral continuity of the mineralized system, delineate all prospective corridors, and only retain licenses with confirmed geological potential while dropping barren ground.
This is disciplined ground selection: expand → map → geophysics → rationalize → drill.
