But then, it's also not a big, chain restaurant. It only has two locations, with a minimum of 4 states between them.

How many people are willing to pay $25 for a hamburger that only cost $5 two years ago? Remember, shipping costs, growing costs, nearly EVERY cost is up.

@KHicksJr By the way, you're right about one thing, the large front-end loader would be quicker... but not as accurate. The bed of a pickup truck is comparatively small and the front end loader is much more likely to have overspill and damage the truck. The backhoe has pinpoint accuracy.
