@eNCA As a teacher, from one of the sampled schools In the BCM region, I personally that this is a waste of time, it just added more work to us, there's absolutely nothing clear about the program, and we were never properly trained to administer it.

@eNCA I'm absolutely against this idea, as someone who has experienced it first hand, I think it's a recipe for failure. The program consists of mainly soft skills, which is not something new to our current curriculum. Nowadays learners need more than just soft skills to survive.
